Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged package, please do not open it. Return the item to us exactly as you have received it and we will credit your account. You must ask the delivery driver to make note of the damage at the time you receive a damaged package. We will issue your refund and file a claim. Please send us the name of the driver and date you made this request.
